Individualized, thoughtful exercise programming and coaching that meets you where you are and helps you build room to move, grow, and do more of what matters to you.

A stronger body for a more expansive life.

Who I Work With

  • You're in physical therapy, or just finished. You want to start or keep building a strength program. I can work alongside your PT so your training complements your therapy, then guide you safely past "back to daily life" toward your bigger goals.

  • Your body is complicated. A diagnosis like hypermobile EDS, POTS, MS, or rheumatoid arthritis means unpredictable flares and a tricky balance between exercise and recovery. You’re not fragile, and you ABSOLUTELY can benefit from strength training, but you need a program that adapts with you from one day to the next.

  • You're navigating pelvic floor concerns. Pregnancy, postpartum changes, leaking, prolapse, pelvic pain, hysterectomy, or endometriosis. You want a coach you can talk to openly, who is clinically informed and can help you build on your pelvic floor PT by integrating specific cueing and approaches with higher level strength work.

  • You want to be strong for the long haul. Not just lifting weights, but building bone density, improving balance, and staying capable, so you can keep up with kids or grandkids and keep doing what you love for years to come.

  • You need a space where you feel welcome, celebrated, and deeply cared for. Maybe you've never seen yourself reflected in mainstream fitness, or past gyms and trainers left you feeling out of place. Here, you can explore movement in a space that’s designed to support your sense of well being.

Your Path, Step by Step:

Step 1: Schedule a 15-20 minute chat.

Fill out a short questionnaire, and I'll reach out to set up a free 15-20 minute call about what's going on and what you want. No pressure, no commitment. I’m also happy to have a conversation over text if you prefer.

Step 2: Book an in-person assessment.

A complimentary session to see how you move, what’s feeling good, and what is challenging. By the end of this session, we’ll have a good picture of where you are and a plan to get you where you want to go.

Step 3: Start with Groundwork.

Everyone starts with private coaching - I call these your Groundwork sessions, because they set the foundation for your individualized program. We’ll also touch on lifestyle components like nutrition, recovery, and stress management to make sure you’re addressing all aspects of wellness.

Step 4: Make it your own.

As you develop strength and confidence, move into semi-private sessions or train independently with a program built for you. The goal is that you feel empowered to know your body, what movements work for you, how to get where you want to go, and how to pursue movement anywhere that lights you up.

Strength creates room.

Room to move. Room to grow. Room for possibility.

Let’s talk about what that looks like for you.
