Your path at Latitude Strength:

  1. Free Intro Chat: Set up a no pressure call to see if we’re a good fit for each other.

  2. In Person Assessment: A review of your history, goals, and how you move, ending with my recommendation of the plan that makes the most sense for you.

  3. Lay the Groundwork: Private sessions that build towards development of your individualized program, including learning movements that feel best in your body, the “why” behind your exercises, how to navigate strength training, and how nutrition, sleep, and stress management fit in to the bigger picture.

  4. Find your fit: Stay with private coaching, move to semi-private, or go independent, with 1:1 sessions always available.

How Your Program Works

You follow a custom program, not just workouts.

Random workouts keep you busy. A program gets you somewhere. Each week builds on the last, so your muscles, bones, and connective tissue get a challenge they can adapt to, plus enough recovery to actually get stronger. You won't end up too sore to move for three days, and you won't wonder whether what you're doing is "enough."

What every membership tier includes:

  • A program built for you. Strength, mobility, cardio, and functional work matched to your goals, your body, and your experience. It also accounts for what you love outside the studio, like walking or yoga, and adjusts when you travel.

  • Weekly updates. Your program lives in the CoachRx app, with personalized exercise videos. You log your training and tell me how it felt, and I adjust the next week (this means suggesting when it’s time to increase the challenge or adjusting an exercise that isn’t landing). We progress when you're ready and scale back when life (or your body) has other plans.

  • Reach me, between sessions. Message me in the app any time a question comes up.

  • Whole-person coaching. Nutrition habits, hydration, stress, and sleep, when your goals call for it.

  • Coordination with your care team. I'll talk with your doctor, PT, or other providers when it helps.

  • Studio access. Train in a fully equipped private studio, with open gym time outside your sessions as your program calls for it. (For Independent Training, studio access is a $49/month add-on.)

  • Special rates on Latitude workshops and seminars.

You won't get a sheet of exercises and a "good luck." Your program changes as you do.

Services & Pricing

$115-25 per session- Packages typically start at $750, based on your needs.

This is right for you if:

  • You're just getting started at Latitude. Everyone begins with private sessions to build their foundation.

  • You're new to strength training, or coming back after a long break.

  • You're navigating an injury, surgery, chronic condition, pregnancy, or postpartum, and want coaching that adjusts session to session.

  • You're in physical therapy or just finished, and want to keep building strength alongside or after your PT.

  • You want full one-on-one attention, on a schedule that works around yours.

  • You'd simply feel more comfortable training one-on-one than in a group.

PRIVATE COACHING

SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING

Best for: those who've built a strong foundation in private training and want ongoing coaching in a shared hour.

$529 monthly - recurring membership with autopay

Group sessions of 3–4 people, each of you following your own individualized program. You get the same thoughtful coaching and attention as private training, with the energy and camaraderie of a group. We’ll decide together how many sessions each week is best for you.

This is right for you if:

  • You've finished the private sessions you needed, and your symptoms are resolved or you know how to manage them.

  • You understand your program and feel confident finding your way around the gym.

  • You can make the days and times semi-private sessions are offered.

  • You want structure, accountability, and coaching, and you're comfortable asking for help in a small group.

  • You love the camaraderie of a group: good music, like-minded people, and plenty of laughter.

INDEPENDENT TRAINING + REMOTE COACHING

Best for: self-motivated people who want an expert-built program and ongoing coaching, on their own schedule, anywhere.

$279 monthly: add studio access for $49 monthly

A fully individualized program you follow on your own time, at home, at your gym, or on the road. You get the same thoughtful programming and coaching support as in-studio training, delivered through the app, with check-ins and messaging whenever you need me.

This is right for you if:

  • You live outside Carlisle or can't get to the studio regularly.

  • You'd rather train when and where it suits you than commit to a weekly appointment or group time.

  • You have the equipment your program needs, at a gym or at home.

  • You're motivated to train on your own and confident with your exercise technique.

“There are days I’ve walked into the studio and told Meghan that my exercise for the day was literally just walking through the door. Instead of focusing on what I hadn’t done, she celebrates the fact that I showed up. That simple but meaningful perspective has helped me build confidence and resilience over time. She provides gentle, consistent accountability while never losing sight of the bigger picture: that lasting wellness is about caring for the whole person, not just achieving fitness goals.”
